Every item at Padel y Pala is crafted made-to-order to reduce unnecessary waste and maintain exceptional quality. Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for production and delivery.

Checking your measurements against our charts prior to purchase ensures you receive the exact fit intended and helps avoid unnecessary return shipping fees.

Returns & Right of Cancellation

Under UK and EU Consumer Rights regulations, you have the statutory right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your items.

Notice Period: You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery by emailing us directly at padelypala@gmail.com.

Dispatch Window: Once your return is approved, please dispatch the item within 14 days.
